Traditional Fairy Tales/Stories Around EUROPE- eTwinning project : March 2014

Principalul scop al proiectului nostru este să ofere copiilor șansa de a prezenta povești tradiționale din țările lor în orice modalitate doresc. De exemplu, ei pot desena scene din poveste și pot crea filmulețe în care să povestească acea poveste și săși arate totodată și sedenele (acompaniate de muzică traditională în fundal. O altă idee este ca ei să devină actori si să joace roluri în povești dramatizate de ei, ca scurte piese de teatru, sau ei pot realiza scurte piese de teatru de păpuși, cu păpuși realizate de ei din hârtie sau alte materiale reciclabile.
Grupul țintă este format din elevi în vârstă de 5-12 ani.
Obiectivele proiectului: 1. Elevii vor cunoaște diferite povești și muzică tradiționale din diversew țări din Europa. 2. 2. Ei pot să compare diferitele povești și personajele, și să vadă asemănările și diferențele dintre modurile de gândire ale oamenilor din țările partenere. 3. Ei se pot apropia și pot aprecia ee tradițiile din țara lor în timp ce interpretează poveștile tradiționale ale țării lor și se vor gândi și la muzica tradițională pe care o vor folosi.
Procedură de lucru: Poveștile vor fi prezentate sub formă de serii de desene însoțite de text, care vor compune povești video, sau sub formă de scurte piese de teatru interpretate de elevi sau teatru de păpuși. Aceste piese de teatru vor fi filmate. Prezentările foto/video vor fi trimise partenerilor prin email, și/sau Twinspace, sau, dacă înregistrările video sunt prea mari, DVD-urile cu înregistrările vor fi trimise partenerilor prin poștă.
Principala limbă de comunicare va fi engleza. Materialele video vor fi traduse în engleză, în așa fel încât partenerii nostri să le poată înțelege.
Instrumentele de lucru vor fi e-mail, MP3, alte software (Powerpoint, video, fotografii și desene), Twinspace, Web publishing, blog.
Rezultatele așteptate: Elevii cooperează pentru a găsi modalități de prezentare a unei povești din tradiția țării lor, așa că se vor apropia de cultura și tradițiile lor. Ei vor lucra creativ pentru a găsi cea mai bună modalitate de prezentare a poveștii alese într-o manieră interesantă și amuzantă, și vor avea ocazia să cunoască elemente de bază ale culturilor din alte țări europene prin intermediul poveștilor pe care le citesc sau vizionează. Așa că ei vor putea compara diferitele povești și vor putea face primul pas în cunoașterea literaturii din alte culturi.
Produsele finale vor fi un blog, care va fi folosit pentru diseminarea activităților, produselor și rezultatelor, unde profesorii și elevii vor putea scrie articole, inclusive impresiile lor despre proiect și despre produsele pe care le realizează; prezentări Power Point; înregistrări video; video realizate din fotografii; poveștile care pot fi publicate pe blog; albume foto; expoziții de artă cu desenele elevilor.
Impactul așteptat: Elevii noștri își vor îmbunătăți atât deprinderile TIC, cele de comunicare in limba engleză și limba maternal, precum și cele de expresie artistică. Elevii vor învăța lucruri noi despre poveștile din alte țări, în așa fel încât să înțeleagă mai bine culturile colegilor lor din alte țări, și astfel să evite orice fel de discriminare în viitor. Ei își vor îmbunătăți stima de sine prin exprimarea creativității lor prin produsele realizate. Elevii își vor face prieteni din școlile partenere. Cadrele didactice implicate în proiect vor face schimburi de bună practică cu colegii lor din țările partenere. Instituțiile implicate își vor îmbunătăți imaginea în comunitățile locale și internationale.

The main purpose of our project is to give the children the chance to present traditional stories from their countries, in any way they would like. For example, they can make drawings for their story and create a movie maker where they can narrate their story and show their drawings at the same time, (accompanied by traditional music in the background). Another idea is that they can be the actors and present the story as a small play/drama, or even they can make puppets (simple ones, made of paper or other recyclable materials) and present the story as a puppet show.
The target group of the project is made of children aged 5-12 years old.
Objectives:
1.The pupils get to know different traditional stories (and music) from various countries in Europe.
2. They can compare the different stories and the characters and actually see the different ways of thinking of people in other countries.
3. They come closer to their own tradition, as they perform traditional stories of their country and have to think of their traditional music
Procedure:
The stories will be presented in the form of a series of drawings, accompanied by text, which can be made a video story, or as role plays or puppet theater. The puppet theater and role plays will be video recorded.
The photo/video presentations will be sent to our partners via email and/or Twinspace, or , if the video is too large, it can be sent on DVD to our partners by air mail.
The main communication language will be English. The video materials will be translated into English so that our partners can understand the story.
The instruments we will use are: e-mail, MP3, Other software (Powerpoint, video, pictures and drawings) , Twinspace, Web publishing, blog.
Expected results:
The children cooperate together to find ways to present a story from their own tradition, so they come closer to their culture and tradition. They work creatively to find the best way so as to make their story lively and interesting and get to know some basic points from other European countries' cultures, through the foreign stories that they read/watch. So they can compare the different stories and make the first step to meet other cultures' literacy.
The end products will be: a blog, which will be used for dissemination of the activities, products and result, where students and teachers can write articles, including their impressions about the project and the product they and their partners have made; Power Point Presentations, video recordings, videos made out of photos; the stories, which can be published on the blog, in English and translated into our partners’ languages; photo albums, art exhibitions with our students’ drawings.
The expected impact: Our students will improve their communication skills in ICT, English and their mother tongue, as well as their artistic expression. The students will learn about the traditional stories of other countries, so they can better understand their peers’ cultures and, thus, refrain from discrimination in future. They will improve their self-esteem by expressing their creativity through their end products. They will make friends with their peers from the partner schools. The teachers will exchange examples of best practice. The institutions will improve their image in the local and international communities.
